Champagne realized with vines Pinot noir and Pinot Meunier. Obtained by maceration after égrappage and according to the traditional method (ageing in oak barrels).
The first discorging took place at the automn 2017 with a sugar content of approximately 8g/L.
An intense pink dress and a rich expression for this champagne with the vinous character, completed for the big family meals.
We can accompany with tagines, woks, paella, but ausi cheeses such as brie pepper.
